Leadership Coaching, Inc. is an organizational consulting firm that specializes in developing executives, managers, organizations and teams. Since 1990, our clientele has included technology, venture capital and bio-medical companies ranging in size from start-ups to large international firms. Over 15 years in the making, the Insight Coaching System® is an integrated coaching approach that is based on the principles of alignment and linkage. Rather than coaching managers to develop a generic skill set, the ICS links development objectives to key business initiatives and challenges. All managers participating in the ICS are coached from a consistent framework that is customized to the company. The ICS incorporates these five steps:

Clarify Company Values
We help the senior management team of a company to articulate key operating principles. This work serves as a foundation for the development of its leaders.
2.
Develop Leadership Competencies
Working in tandem with in-house content experts, we create a focused set of competencies to guide the leadership development process.
3.
Create 360° Survey Instrument
We turn the competencies into a rating instrument by writing and refining a set of behaviorally-anchored survey items.
4.
Administer the Survey Process
We handle all aspects of data collection, analysis, and summary report generation. We also review the feedback with the leader.
5.
Deliver One-on-One Coaching
We have several coaching options available to the leader, ensuring that the survey feedback is turned into development plans and action.
